1. Do I get mobile numbers of users who have ZipDialed my number?
In order to maintain user privacy, ZipDial does not share user mobile numbers for content delivery services unless the user Opts-In. Opts-in is an add-on feature in which the user ZipDials to indicate that they would like to share their contact information. Please read our privacy policy for more information about the Opts-in feature.
2. Can I send personalized content to each of my users?
Yes, your ZipDial number can be configured to return personalized content based on the user’s mobile number. Please contact info@zipdial.com for additional detils on implementing a registered mobile number solution.
3. Can I restrict access to my ZipDial number?
Yes, you can whitelist a set of approved numbers that have access to content associated with your ZipDial number. Only these customers will have access to your content. Please contact info@zipdial.com for additional details on implementing a whitelist solution.
4. Can I change my SMS response?
Yes. ZipDial gives you an unlimited number of changes to your SMS response. All you have to do is login to your ZipDial account on our portal and change the text. We also offer options for dynamic content delivery, in which ZipDial fetches updated content directly from your server.
5. Can ZipDial deliver SMS response in local language?
