Kotak Bank, one of the leading Indian Banks, is using ZipDial To Verify for it’s new customer registration for the NRI banking division.

The international number verification is a cumbersome process for most consumer facing organisations. Earlier, out bound dials and SMS based verification were the prevalent system for authenticating International numbers.

Their is a major disadvantage of cost in that method and also following different telco regulations in different countries is adding to the pain. The other issue with the SMS based verification is that landline phones cannot be verified through that system.

The advantage with ZipDial’s platform is that the user can be on any telecom network, anywhere in the world and can still use it free of cost. There is a single integration required for serving all the countries, for landline as well as mobile.
