This contest/award is organized by MiCA Mobile Solutions Private Limited ("Organizer").

You agree that your participation in the contest is voluntary, out of your free will and consent.

Apart from the physical Indipolls/ZipDial cards, which are distributed through various means by the Organizer, users can participate in the free polls online or otherwise and have a chance to win prizes.

The Indipolls/ZipDial cards should not be used for any purpose whatsoever other than for participation in the contest/polls.

The Organizer of the contests/awards is the exclusive owner of the copyright in the works comprised in the contest. The Organizer is the exclusive owner of the trade mark and name 'Indipolls' and 'ZipDial'.

The Organizer shall have the right to distribute the Indipolls/Zip Dial cards, through any medium other than the ones mentioned herein at any point of time at its sole discretion.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for loss or theft of Indipolls/ZipDial cards.

Notwithstanding anything above, contests/polls are conducted at the sole discretion of the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves its rights to disqualify a Participant for any reason whatsoever.

The value of the prize (cash or kind) may vary from time to time and shall be as declared by the Organizer. The participant cannot exchange the prize from cash to goods and vice versa.

The Organizer shall have the absolute discretion to declare any poll organized by it as the ‘Poll of the Week’.

Your participation in the contest/poll is solely at your own risk and the Organizer shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses, expenses caused and incurred by you, resulting from your participation in the contest/poll.

The Organizer does not offer any guarantee or assurance regarding prizes in the contest/poll.

The rules governing each contest/poll and these terms and conditions may be revised by the Organizer without prior notice to the participant.

The decision of the Organizer of the contest shall be final and binding in respect of any dispute or difference in relation to the contest or the selection of the winner or the prize.

The participant acknowledges and agrees that neither the Organizer nor the advertisers/sponsors shall be liable for technical, hardware, software or process failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed telephonic transmissions which may limit or prohibit any participants ability to participate in any part of the contest.
